How long can we enjoy our rental?
Your listed price covers the day, overnight use, and next-day pickup.
When will you deliver?
We usually deliver in the morning. We’ll coordinate delivery and pickup times with you before your event.
Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?
We deliver party rentals from Delano to Visalia, including Porterville, Springville, and communities throughout that area. Porterville delivery is free! Outside Porterville, delivery is $2 per mile based on round-trip mileage. Get in touch for your delivery quote.
Do we need a deposit?
No deposit needed. Pay online or at delivery—whichever works best for you.
What if the weather is unsafe?
Your safety comes first. We cancel rentals when the weather makes use unsafe. If we cancel for unsafe weather, you’ll receive a full refund of any prepaid rental.
Plans changed?
Please give us 24–48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel.
